I identified core borrower behaviors and designed a strategy to help users build creditworthiness safely and sustainably. By analyzing signals such as payment history, credit utilization, and account diversity, the system delivers timely guidance that encourages proactive, high-impact actions, enabling faster and more effective credit improvement without exposing users to unnecessary risk.
Results
As a result, I took the product from concept to Beta, delivering a complete app prototype from 0 to 1 and shipping over 100 screens grounded in user needs, product strategy, and business goals. I accelerated product deployment by 2× through the introduction of a scalable design system and improved workflows and accessibility through UX research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
